New Cheat Codes for epic Samsung products will be ready to play each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Winners for those prizes will be selected at the end of the week. Enter past weeks’ Cheat Codes for extra Grand Prize entries.

Every Cheat Code gives you an extra entry into the Grand Prize draw for the Ultimate Samsung Home Package, plus a year’s free broadband with Mercury. Be sure to look out for special Codes for bigger bonus entries.

When can I play?

• The Mercury Cheat Codes competition will run from midnight, Monday 11 August 2025 to 11:59pm, Sunday 7 September 2025.

What are Cheat Codes?

• Cheat Codes are 5-digit codes released weekly. They give you chances to win individual Samsung products, plus earn entries into the Grand Prize.
• You can find icons on appliances all around your home. The icons don’t have to match exactly, just find something that looks similar! And remember, you can use words instead of icons.
• Special codes are 10-digit codes that give you bonus entries into the Grand Prize draw, plus chances to win free broadband. They’ll be in all kinds of places, so lookout on TV, on posters and even in video games!
• Special Codes are entered in the ‘Special Codes’ screen. Enter the first three icons, and then scan icons as you usually would.

Why is the web-app not displaying correctly for me?

• If you’re having trouble with the game, try disabling low power mode or dark mode on your phone.

How many times can I enter?

• You can play and enter as many Cheat Codes are available to you on the site (you may have missed some from earlier rounds!). Find all available weekly codes in the ‘All Cheat Codes’ screen. For special codes, you’ll have to find them yourself.
• You will only be able to enter each unique code (weekly or special code) once.

How do the prize draws work?

• Each Cheat Code you play gives you one entry into the corresponding Weekly Draw and a Grand Prize draw. Once you have played, check if there are more Cheat Codes available to play for chances to win.
• Winners for each week will be randomly drawn on the Monday morning following the end of each week.
• The Grand Prize winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes) will be randomly drawn on Monday 9th September 2025.
• Winners for both weekly prize draws and the Grand Prize draw will be contacted by either email or phone, using the details provided in your entry.
• You don’t need to be a Mercury customer to play and enter. But to claim any of the "12 months free Mercury Broadband" prizes you will need to be an existing customer, or join us as a broadband customer within 30 days. See full terms for details.

• You will receive an email confirming your entry. Don’t worry – you won’t be spammed after each entry. You will only receive this after your first entry.

• No. When you use scan images, your photos are processed securely in accordance with Open AI’s policies, but no images or personal data are stored, saved, or used for any other purpose. The analysis happens in real-time, and once the result is returned to you, the data is discarded immediately.
